Reservation Policies

General Information
Reservations are accepted on a space available basis.  Specific location requests are honored whenever possible, but not guaranteed.  In the event that a particular room is not available, we reserve the right to place you in the most similar accommodations available.

Advance Deposits/Cancellations
Your credit card will be used to guarantee your reservation and will not be charged until the date of your arrival.  All cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to the arrival date, otherwise your credit card will be charged for one night room and tax.  There is a $20 service charge on all cancellations.

Check In/Check Out
Check In time is after 2:00 p.m.  Although availability of rooms is not assured prior to 2 p.m. we will make every effort to accommodate you.  Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m.  If Check-Out is after 12:00 p.m., a $40 fee will be charged.  If Check-Out is after 2:00 p.m., a full day rate will be charged.

Additional Adults and Children
There is a $10.00 charge for each additional adult in a double occupancy room.  Children 6 years of age and under stay free in parents’ room.  Children 7 – 17 are charged $5.00 extra per night.  Please note there is a maximum of four people per room, unless otherwise noted.

Pet Policy
The Flagship Inn does feature rooms specially designated for pets (extra charges apply).  They must be domestically trained and on a leash at all times.  Please check our pet policy on line before making a reservation.

Credit Cards
We accept MasterCard, VISA, AMEX and Discover.  Please note that all published and /or quoted room rates are subject to Maine State Sales Tax (currently 7%).
